Mobile Detailing (At-Home Service)

Service Area: We provide mobile detailing at your preferred location. Please ensure adequate space and access to water and electricity (if required).

Vehicle Condition: Excessively dirty vehicles (e.g., heavy mud, pet hair, stains) may incur additional charges or require a reschedule.

Cancellation & Rescheduling: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a $25 fee, and no-shows will be charged 50% of the service cost.

We aer not held liable to any damages after our service is done.
Ceramic Coating (Drop-Off Service at Our Location)

Drop-Off Policy: Vehicles must be dropped off at the agreed-upon time. Delays may affect service completion.

Vehicle Inspection: We perform a pre-service inspection to document the vehicle’s condition. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage.

Damage Liability: Unique Mobile Detailing NC takes great care with all vehicles. However, we are not liable for damage due to pre-existing conditions, aftermarket modifications, or structural issues.

Pick-Up Policy: Customers must pick up their vehicles at the scheduled time. Late pick-ups may incur storage fees.

Clothing Return Policy
Return Policy
At Unique Mobile Detailing NC, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, since all of our products are made-to-order and fulfilled by our third-party partner, Printful, we follow their return and refund guidelines.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with an incorrect item or design, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at (uniquemobiledetailing.nc@gmail.com) With the following information:

A clear photo of the item, including the issue

Your order number

A brief description of the problem
We will work directly with Printful to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate. Please note: We are not liable for any damages or errors caused during the fulfillment or shipping process.

Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Buyer’s remorse

Incorrect sizing (please refer to sizing charts provided on product pages)

Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
Please double-check all order details before placing your order.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 1 hour of being placed. After this time, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations as orders are processed promptly.

Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with Printful to investigate and determine the best course of action. However, we are not responsible for orders marked as delivered by the carrier.
